Thanks Linda from our 10 am seniors class for sharing this recipe with us.

These are so good!! Only takes minutes to make.
These are brilliant!! I made mine with sunflower seed butter (I am allergic to nuts) and rolled them in sesame seeds, they were absolutely delicious, thanks for a great recipe.

P.S. The meatball recipe is awesome too!
Do you guys use an electric mixer or do them with your hands. Please let me know. I made them last week and they were totally awesome (and a little messy since I mixed with my hands). If They are easier with an electric mixer I will go out and buy one just to make these.

My hands…works best to mix all ingredients.
What type of protein powder did you use?
Same question as Jordyn, what kind of protein powder are you using and do you get it locally?
I used Charles Poliquin Whey stronger vanilla.
My mixture doesn’t get smooth like you say. They are hard to stick together into balls. And have to really work them to get them to stick in balls. any suggestions?
It might depend on two things #1: how “oily” was your nut butter and #2 Did you pack your protein powder to measure? I usually add nut butter or add protein powder depending on the consistency.
I added about 1 tablespoon of Coconut oil. Made them a bit more moist & cohesive. YUMMY!!!! Even my picky friend loved them!
