More footnotes from a great conference…

- Perception makes women fat. The very act of stressing out over fat will actually keep the fat on! Taking away something as small as mirrors in the gym will lead to a leaner female clientelle.

- Breast Cancer: Low fat diets including low fat dairy will increases your chances of developing breast cancer.

- Contraceptives: The use of contraceptives will actually decrease pheromones.. Due to this decrease women will be less attractive (think animals in the wild here..) – Furthermore the depletion of progesterone leads many other problems as well.

- Pregnant MOMS

- When pregnant it is the most ‘nutritionally difficult’ time in a women’s life.

- MUST take Carnitine, Glutamine, Vitamin D3 (Sunshine to the belly will improve IQ of child), and Fish oil..

- Calories should be between 2 and 3 thousand per day.

- Women need to: increase the protein, increase the iron, folate, zinc, and calcium. ** Organ meats are KEY!! (Organic 100%)I

- Babies – 2 grams of glutamine every day (good for the gut, immune system, and thus mood and behaviour. Anything to do with protein synthesis means MORE glutamine.

- Sweet tastes! – Bad news.. Anything ‘sweet tasting’ including diet soda or artificial sweetener will generate an insulin response (the brain thinks sugar and releases insulin thinking there’s nutrients on the way)

- Kids who drink a lot of juice have less muscle than kids who don’t.

- SLEEP disorders.. having a sleep disorder pretty much means you battle insulin resistance. If 30% of a population can’t sleep, 30% will also be insulin resistant. SLEEP DISORDERS = INSULIN RESISTANCE.

- EMPTY FOODS.. Empty foods or ‘dead’ foods (crackers, cereal, etc) – SHUT DOWN the ability to ‘KNOW’ when your’e hungry.. ‘Nobody overeats chicken or apples, everybody will overeat  spaghetti or cookies..”

- FORMULA.. Formula is similar to dog food.. When an infant is fed formula his or her palate does not form correctly. The child craves sweet primarily and will eventually ‘demand’ sweet foods such as milk and then juice. When a child has to eat mother’s milk the palate is formed correctly. If mom ate broccoli and cabbage for breakfast – baby will taste, etc..

SIDE** – We could dive into this topic full blown.. Soon enough.

- 3 years between children is safest best.

- If you have Gestational Diabetes when pregnat YOU are expected to be full blown diabetic in less than 10 years.

- MISCARRIAGE.. – If you miss-carry you need to wait the length of the full term before getting pregnant. The body needs to rehab before re trying..

- Causes of Miscarriage: Lack of Folic acid. Oral contraceptives deplete B6 B9 B12. Dirty electricity (cell phones, wifi, big screen tv’s, microwaves, etc). Low Iodine. Low D3.

PMS

- There are 5 common types of PMS: 1. PMS A: Anxiety, 2. PMS CC: Carb Crave, 3. PMS H: Hydric or Water Storage, 4. PMS D: Depression, and 5. PMS H: Holistic – Ulcers

Each type would represent different deficiencies and therefore a different protocol for each individual.

If PMS is a problem consider the following…

- Magnesium alleviates all 5 types and 90% of women (and people) are deficient.

- A liver cleanse is a must (note-Do not cleanse during your cycle)

- GLA is a very helpful supplement for depression and anxiety

- Breast tenderness: Steam cabbage  in a bra and go to bed with it.

- Water retention: Gluten intolerances, food intolerances, more magnesium, the more minerals the more alkaline you are.

- Take a Probiotic!!

- Morning sickness is 100% preventable. It’s a cause of low B-Vitamins and a shitty diet.

For any and every type of behaviour problem with Kids (and adults)  they will always benefit from Omega 3, D3, and Carnitine. This could range from minor depression all the way to severe alcoholism and even autism.

Ladies!!!

Long story short. Wether it’s menopause, PMS, or pregnancy – The answer is the same for the most part – 99% in fact. Your problems are 100% diet related. You lack a lot of important things (D3, Omega 3, Carnitine, Glutamine, Probiotics, butter, grass fed beef, Magnesium, etc) and your fed a ton of bogus information.. Industry’s prey on your ‘lack of knowledge’ when it comes to your own health. They trick you into believing that whatever they’re ‘pushing’ is the obvious answer.. Imagine – it’s always been a lie and 99% of the time the furthest thing from health that your body needs and wants.

Never underestimate how absolutely f’d up everything is.. It’s all money – and nothing more. Pay attention to what works by being analytical and observant – rather than simply ‘confrontational’ over the bullshit you keep spoon feeding yourself.

Finally – In a seriously toxic environment – if you want results you need to do whatever it takes to make your body happy (fat burning mode) rather than stressed and over worked (broken or fat or both). Your diet is everything. It trumps your workout a hundred times over! Don’t forget that..
