A NEW BEGINNING
It`s time to stop talking the talk and walk the walk. Caveman Strong is offering another Foundation program for beginners starting Wednesday November 16th, 2011. This program is designed to make you stronger and move more efficiently in 4 weeks over 12 sessions.
It is the perfect program for someone who has been curious about joining Caveman Strong but might be a little intimidated to jump right in. This 4 week course puts you in a setting with others in the exact same boat as you and together you will accomplish some amazing things. You will learn all the basic movements required to improve strength from many squat variations, deadlifts and overhead presses. You will learn mobility exercises that will help loosen tight areas of the body (hips, shoulders, knees, ankles, back, neck) and in some cases will help reduce or eliminate lower back and knee pain.
The class size is kept to a maximum of eight in order to allow plenty of focus on technique and interaction with the coach. The Foundation program will also help you begin a lifestyle change in the way you eat through an introduction to the Paleo diet. Better eating habits fuel the body to work more efficiently and feel better overall.
The coach will keep a log of body measurements, weight and lifts over the 4 weeks to allow you to see the results at the end of the program. These results will help motivate you to continue down this healthy path and regain complete control of your life. Things like climbing stairs, taking out the trash, going for a hike, picking up your kids or grandkids, playing rec sports and your day-to-day routine will feel better and more enjoyable (except maybe taking out the trash).
