Our gym’s take on CrossFit…
First of all, every trainer at our club is a trainer for mainly one reason, they ‘LIVE’ this whole CrossFit thing.
It’s kind of like the matrix. Once you’ve realised the truth – you can’t really go back. Once you’ve experienced the CrossFit approach to fitness you never look back.
Once the basics sink in, you start becoming an ‘athlete’. Some of our ‘CFR’s’ could easily make a pro athlete look silly in a simple fitness test. Of course such a test would require balance, something that defined a true athlete. Not just someone good at a specific task but perhaps someone skilled at any endeavor he or she may face at any given moment.
This is what a CrossFitter is to the world of sport. CrossFit has been defined as ‘The Sport of Fitness”. The champion of the CrossFit games is rightfully deemed ‘Fittest Man/Women on Earth”.
What a world champion and YOU have in common?
Not a whole hell of a lot! You are both human beings. You both require the same general physical skills. You both require strong joints, strong muscles, flexibility, and athleticsm to live a healthy happy pain free lifestyle.
Functional Movement makes you function or work better. Doing the right exercises makes you strong and flexible in all the right areas thus providing – more FUNCTION. The better you function or MOVE the easier everyday tasks become like ‘picking up a 5 year old’ or ‘raking the grass’.
CrossFit produces results so fast and effectively due to the fact that you’re doing the right exercises that produce a stronger, faster, more effecient animal.. so to speak.
We are showing you the way to modifying your genetic makeup. Improving your design. Maximizing your own individual potential.
How good can you be? How fit can you be?
CrossFit will humble your sorry ass, tell you it’s all good – to suck it up – and come get some more!!

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
Thousands of athletes worldwide have followed our workouts posted daily on this site and distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms and homes.
We also publish the CrossFit Journal, designed to support the CrossFit community detailing the theory, techniques, and practiced by our coaches in our gym, in essence bringing your garage or gym into ours, making you a part of the CrossFit family.
We offer seminars, trainer certifications, and training and regularly provide consultation services to athletic teams, coaches, and police and military agencies throughout the free world.
