Unless you have a health related reason that would hinder you from starting an exercise program such as CrossFit – you will be fine.

However, everyone must first schedule a private assessment. 551-2751.

Your job when starting out is to relax, enjoy yourself, and focus 100% of your effort on the basics. Learn technique first and the rest will follow.
