Paleo Chicken Club Wrap
I was craving a chicken club without the bread of course so I made this for supper tonight and it was totally satisfying…Even finger licking! haha
I used up leftover chicken from the night before.
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
3 bacon strips, cooked
3 romain lettuce leaves (washed and patted dry)
1/2 avocado (mashed)
1/2 tomatoe thinly sliced
cracked pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Shredd the chicken and spread it lengthwise in the romain leaf, top with tomatoe, bacon, mashed avocado and pepper. It should be too stuffed with goodness to be able to fully wrap the leave over to the other side. And there you have it, a finger licking good “kinda” wrap.
