Our Programming is different from traditional gyms.

We have two types of training, each with their own benefits – Group Classes and Personal Training. The success of our members stems from the direct involvement of trained professional teachers and coaches – helping you work towards your goals, succeed in life and avoid injuries. Most of our clients start off in our Group Classes and transition into Personal Training to get more specific coaching.

Group classes

Our group classes are the best place to start your journey – wether you have previous experience with fitness programs or not. The typical class runs for 50 minutes and varies in times throughout the week.

Our group class programming aims at balancing strength, flexibility, fitness and  movement so that you’re getting a well-rounded workout. You’ll gain experience in different modalities from kettlebells to pull-ups to body-weight callisthenics.

Our highly trained coaches make every class adaptable to your level and guide you through improvement with every new class that you attend.

We’re certain that you’ll feel the difference of Caveman Strong within one class.

Personal Training

Our personal training program is for people who have been inactive for a long period of time, have health limitations, or prefer additional accountability, one on one coaching is the best way to ensure your success.

We start with a basic assessment and with the help and guidance from our certified, expert Coaches, you will learn how to safely and properly perform movements at your own pace that are best suited for your exact needs. Each session is individually designed for your current ability, limitations and goals.

Our personal training method is effective because it’s truly a more personal service, we don’t believe in a one size fits all approach – We will plan your sessions with a few key things in mind – What are YOUR Goals, what are your weaknesses and how can we best get you to reach them and overcome them?

We provide a premium standard of service with a team of highly experienced Coaches, in the best facility.

We don’t just train you to look good, we get you functioning at a higher level, physically and mentally.
