Creator of Caveman Strong and Head Coach Tyler Touchette got his first intro to boxing about 5 years ago and has been hooked ever since.

Unlike most sports boxing could be the sport to build athletic qualities for all other sports, endeavours, and daily life/movement.

Monday – Thursday 730pm-9pm, Saturday 8am

This program is for the potential athlete looking to become skilled enough to potentially step into a ring and compete.

This is your boxing ‘deep dive’.

At caveman strong we have 2 different boxing streams.

BOXING CLASS – Free to all members. 3 classes included in any membership. These classes are Tuesday & Thursday at 5 pm and Saturday mornings at 8am. These 3 classes are heavy on the cardio and less serious than our competitive program.

CAVEMANSTRONG BOXING PROGRAM – This program runs 4 nights a week (Monday-Thursday) from 730pm-9 pm and Saturday mornings at 8am. This program is more technical, more time involvement and for those looking to potentially box competitively under the guidance of Head Boxing Coach Jalil.
