Cancellation & Hold Policy

We understand that life happens — here’s how our membership cancellations and holds work:

Membership Cancellation

  • All memberships auto-renew each month.

  • A 30-day written notice is required to cancel your membership.

  • Any payments scheduled within that 30-day period will still be processed.

  • Once cancelled, if you choose to return in the future, current membership rates will apply.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused time, missed classes, or partial months once payment has been processed.

  1. Membership Holds

  • Holds can be requested with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice before your next billing date.

  • Memberships may be placed on hold for up to 60 days within a 12-month period.

  • Holds are designed for short-term absences (vacation, illness, injury).

  • Your membership will automatically reactivate after the hold period ends.
