Cancellation & Hold Policy
We understand that life happens — here’s how our membership cancellations and holds work:
Membership Cancellation
All memberships auto-renew each month.
A 30-day written notice is required to cancel your membership.
Any payments scheduled within that 30-day period will still be processed.
Once cancelled, if you choose to return in the future, current membership rates will apply.
No refunds will be issued for unused time, missed classes, or partial months once payment has been processed.
Membership Holds
Holds can be requested with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice before your next billing date.
Memberships may be placed on hold for up to 60 days within a 12-month period.
Holds are designed for short-term absences (vacation, illness, injury).
Your membership will automatically reactivate after the hold period ends.
