Cancellation and Hold Policy

Membership Cancellation

To cancel your membership, a 30-day written notice is required. Payments scheduled during the notice period will still be processed. There are no refunds for partial months, and your access to the facility will remain active through the end of the 30-day period.

Membership Hold

Members are allowed one (1) membership hold per fiscal year, with a minimum duration of 30 days. A 2-week written notice is required to place your membership on hold. Holds cannot be applied retroactively and must be scheduled in advance. Memberships will automatically resume at the end of the hold period unless otherwise specified.
