Caveman Strong’s Elite Summer Hockey Program is open to boys and girls born in 2010-2013 and includes 12 weeks of on-ice and gym training sessions to prepare your young athlete for the coming hockey season: 1 x on-ice session + 2 x gym sessions per week, plus 3 Sports Nutrition sessions with our Registered Nutritionists.
